What You Need!

4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups  cold milk
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
1 tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 NILLA Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1 cup  strawberries, sliced

Make It!

BEAT cream cheese in large bowl with wire whisk until creamy. Gradually add milk, beating until well blended. Add pudding mixes. Beat 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping.

SPOON into crust; top with remaining whipped topping.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until set. Top with strawberries just before serving.

" I tried to combine this recipe with another which called for a bottom "cheesecake" type layer. So I made my own crust then spread with raspberry jam (instead of strawberry) then the cheesecake layer [cream cheese, sweetener, cool whip] and then the lemon layer from this recipe. They lemon was too thick to spread over the other layers. If I were to do it again I would probably freeze the bottom layer first to get it very firm then spread with the lemon layer - but the jam squeezed out too - it became a big ugly mess and I didn't want to serve it at a gathering I went to. It was delicious though so I wish I had anyways."
