What You Need
 
1 small tomato, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 green onions, sliced
1 Tbsp.  KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Dressing
40 TRISCUIT Crackers
1 pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
Make It
 

MIX tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, onions and dressing.

SPREAD each cracker with about 1 tsp. of the Neufchatel cheese; top with 1 tsp. of the tomato mixture.

Make Ahead
Prepare tomato mixture as directed. Add Neufchatel cheese; mix well. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Spread onto crackers just before serving.
Substitute
Prepare as directed, using TRISCUIT Reduced Fat Crackers.
